Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy

ComputingLifeSci sells digital course subscriptions. This policy explains how access is delivered, and how cancellations and refunds work.

Delivery of service

There is nothing to ship. ComputingLifeSci is a digital service: access to all courses is granted to your account immediately once a payment is confirmed — normally within a few seconds, and in all cases within 30 minutes if the payment provider takes longer to confirm.

  • Access is delivered on this website, by unlocking the paid courses for the account that made the payment. No physical goods are dispatched and no delivery charges apply.
  • A confirmation is shown on your billing page, where every payment is listed with its date, amount and reference.
  • If a payment succeeded but content is still locked after 30 minutes, email us with the payment reference and we will correct it manually.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not cut access off early.

Refunds

  • Within 7 days of a first subscription — a full refund is available on request, no reason needed.
  • Accidental or duplicate charges — refunded in full as soon as we confirm them.
  • Service unavailable for a prolonged period — a pro-rata refund for the affected days.
  • Renewal charges after the first 7 days — generally not refunded, since cancelling before the renewal date prevents the charge. If a renewal caught you by surprise, contact us; we deal with these case by case and are reasonable about it.

Before subscribing, please use the free material to judge whether the courses suit you: Python and R are free in full, and every paid course opens its first two chapters.

How to request a refund

Email support@computinglifesci.com from the address on your account, with the payment reference from your billing page. We respond within 2 working days. Our full contact details are on the contact page.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method. Bank processing usually takes 5–7 working days after we initiate it.
